How can I cancel my membership? If you joined via Ccbill then please visit http://www.ccbill.com You will see a link to 'cancel subscription'. You will need to enter only 2 of the following 3 items.
Once cancelled will I still have access? Your gold membership will expire after the 30 or 90 day period. We use the top two 3rd party billing companies in the world. They only make money by taking a % of the sale fee so they want you to join as much as we do. There is always a good reason why your card failed and we suggest you contact Paycom or Ccbill and ask, both have a free phone number you can call. back to top Why did I not receive a confirmation email? All email is sent automatically to the email address you use on the form. We suggest you check your Bulk folder to make sure mail is not delivered there. If you use a mail challenge system then you will not get a confirmation as the system can not deal with this. back to top I upgraded why can't I use gold member features.? Please clear your browser cache as this will clear the problem 99% of the time. If you still have a problem then please contact support with the transaction ID number. back to top How do I remove my account.? Login and go to My Profile.
